Milli is a Senior Associate with over 10 years experience managing complex and high profile commercial litigation, including cases involving fraud and misconduct. She has extensive knowledge of the civil process at both a State and Federal level.
Prior to joining Duxton Hill, Milli was a Senior Associate in the commercial litigation team at MinterEllison, after training and working at two blue chip boutique firms.
Milli has been closely involved in numerous matters that have become leading authorities in Australia, including the Kakavas v Crown litigation, which has become a seminal case on unconscionable conduct, and the Centro litigation which helped refine the content of directors’ duties in Australia. She has acted in high profile matters involving executives accused of financial misconduct, and has assisted clients obtaining excellent commercial outcomes, including using search and freezing orders to preserve and recover assets.
